With a history of more than 80 years and after 3 generations of Greek wine makers, the winnery has earned international recognition and “Hatziemmanouil” wines have earned 4 times international awards for its white and shyrah fine wines (Thessaloniki 2009 – Silver Award, Paris 2015 – Gold Award, Thessaloniki & Paris 2016 – Silver Award).

You can have your own taste of the traditonally made local wines and experience the unique flavour of the products of the land of Hippocrates. We are glad to offer to our guests the opportunity to taste one of the two award winning Hatziemmanouil wines:

Shyrah

An exquisite wine matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels. A rich red colour, with a seducing blackberry and sweet spice aroma. A velvety taste with a long finish. Shows great affinity to red meat and full flavoured cheese. Enjoyed at 15-18°C.

White

A classical mixture of the lush Assyrtiko and charismatic Malagouzia gives a wine with vivid colour and an aroma of citrus, peach and flowers from the wild. A balanced taste and refreshing finish. Served at 8-10°C. It ideally accompanies fish, white meat and Mediterranean cuisine.

How to pre-order your prefered wine collection.

You can order your preferred “Hatziemmanouil” wine, though our online booking system. Just access our “ON-LINE BOOKING” system through this link or through the button located on the left side of our website. Choose your preferred accommodation type and holiday dates and add your preferred “Hatziemmanouil” wine upon check out. We will make sure it will be waiting for you upon your arrival on the table of your appartment and on the ideal temperature. If you have any special requests please feel free to let us know, through the relevant comment section upon check out.
